Followers of the MIND diet will consume more green leafy foods like cabbage, salad or spinach. Dried fruits such as hazelnuts or almonds are highly recommended, as are red berries (blackcurrant, pomegranate, currant) and seafood. An original cocktail that does not evoke prohibitions, although it is not advisable to eat too much red meat, fish or cheese while alcohol, sodas and processed products, as for any what other diet, should be avoided as a priority.
