Ice cream shop Ice Artisan Ice posted his new creation on the Web – ice cream with mayonnaise. The owner of the store, Kyle Gentleman, said that he loves mayonnaise very much and therefore decided to add this ingredient to ice cream.
And there is no catch here, mayonnaise is really present in ice cream: the dessert is made by mixing mayonnaise with a traditional milk base and subsequent pasteurization.
Unsurprisingly, mayonnaise ice cream has caused controversy among those who have tried it or even heard of it. The combination of the incongruous has disgusted many.
But there were also those who tried and appreciated the unusual dessert with a bang, they noted that mayonnaise ice cream has a delicate creamy taste.
