Detox បន្ទាប់ពីពិធីបុណ្យវិស្សមកាល: អាហារូបត្ថម្ភសម្រាប់តួលេខដ៏ស្រស់ស្អាត

If you haven’t denied yourself anything all the holidays, try to adhere to a special food system for at least one day.

Many nutritionists say that you should not limit yourself on the holidays, but you need to know when to stop in everything. It is clear that during the holidays you will add a few extra pounds – you should not be afraid of them.

The fact is that a lot of delicacies appear on the festive table: smoked meat, cheeses, pickles and other culinary delights that contain a large amount of salt. Salt builds up in the body and retains water, so most of the pounds gained is liquid that can be easily removed from the body if you quickly return to a healthy diet. It should be emphasized that strict restrictions are not the best way out, as they are stress for the body.

Fasting days will help you get back in shape quickly. The easiest option is rice. To do this, boil one glass of brown rice without adding salt. This volume is divided into six parts, which will be six meals a day. Even with the accumulated fluid in the body on a fasting day, it is necessary to drink at least 10 glasses of pure water.

Rice day can be replaced with a protein fasting day.

On this day, you can boil 450 g of skinless chicken or 800 g of cod fillets, which must be consumed during the day in 4 doses. Drink at least 2 liters of water and add vegetables to your diet if desired.

For more effective weight loss and detoxification, the following foods should be eliminated

• Added salt in the form of smoked meats, cheeses, pickled foods, and so on.

• Simple carbohydrates: sugar and products containing it, as well as honey, since only one glucose molecule is needed to form two fat molecules.

• Alcohol, as it is an extremely high-calorie product. 1 g of alcohol contains 7 kcal (in a comparable volume of fat – 9 kcal).

• Fruit juices – packaged and freshly squeezed. It is rich in sugars but low in fiber.

What is necessary to enrich the diet

• Protein products – poultry fillets, eggs, cottage cheese, lean fish, beans, nuts. Protein is energy-intensive to digest and provides a feeling of fullness. Protein products must be combined with vegetables and it is better to avoid combination with fruit juices, which cause fermentation in the intestines and interfere with the absorption of proteins.

• Vegetable juices instead of fruit or low fructose fruits: papaya, mango, melon, tangerines.

• Fiber to aid digestion and keep you feeling full. The dietary fiber intake for an adult is 30-40 g per day. If you do not have enough vegetables and fruits, you can add corn bran to the diet.

Artichoke, milk thistle and dandelion supplements can be used to support liver recovery in the post-holiday season. It is recommended to take them for 10-14 days. If there is no gallstone disease, tubing the liver with mineral water can help cleanse the liver of excess bile.

It is worth remembering that for the healthy function of the gastrointestinal tract and in general for the restoration of the body to work, it is necessary to return to physical exercises as soon as possible.

For an additional healing effect, you can add antioxidants – vitamins of group B, as well as A, E, C, P, F, magnesium, selenium and zinc.

Congratulations, you’ve already lost weight!
